Kirk Walukiewicz, CPA
Accounting and Auditing Manager
Kirk joined Johanson & Yau in 1997 and serves as an accounting and auditing manager. He has worked on a wide variety of clients including an emphasis in construction and real estate. Additional responsibilities include leading the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Group and Staff Mentoring Program. Kirk also has experience with multi-national, software, manufacturing, not-for-profit and professional service companies.
Kirk is an alumnus of San Jose Silicon Valley Community Leadership Class of 2004–2005. He is a past board member of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National M.S. Society, serving as treasurer for three years. Kirk is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPA’s. He also holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Kirk graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting.
