I joined Johanson & Yau in 2021 after working in public accounting for more than seven years.

I provide a wide array of tax services for individuals and privately-held businesses, including tax planning, compliance and representation in response to IRS notices. I am motivated to assist clients by resolving tax matters, while simultaneously achieving their financial goals. I specialize in pass-through real estate entity returns. As a fluent Mandarin speaker, I am uniquely able to provide effective technical and cultural resources for our clients.

I reside in San Jose with my wife and son. I enjoy spending time with my family and trying different sports (but I keep putting off skydiving!). You can also find me watching football and playing basketball.
