I joined Johanson & Yau in 1999. Over the course of many years, I have developed my tax skills and expertise to serve the needs of individuals and businesses related to income and estate and gift tax planning and compliance, including analysis of living trust documents. Additional areas of focus include succession planning, real estate and tax-deferred exchanges, and private & public foundations.

To best assist my clients, I spend considerable time learning and researching ever-changing tax laws and mandates. I also assist in leading our internal training needs among my colleagues.

I live in Fremont with my husband. We enjoy summer trips to our Central Valley farm, traveling and watching movies.
